Well now the update is available on all platforms and it’s patch number 1.08. The new Outriders patch was supposed to be released last week, but some stability issues made it get delayed. If you’re interested in specific details of anything New Horizon related, do check out our mega-blog here.Update 1.08 has arrived for Outriders, and here’s the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch. The New Horizon update introduces lots more changes and quality of life improvements, including a reworking of Tiago’s store, some Legendary Armor sets as well as buffs to a variety of things to make players feel more powerful. No convoluted systems, MTX or ingame resources required. It’s entirely free and can be done practically at any time. For weapons, this will also include all sounds. This allows you to change the visual aspect of an item to that of another item, while maintaining the mods and stats of the original gear piece. The New Horizon update also introduces a brand new and highly requested feature: Transmog. This means that you no longer need to rush to the end of an expedition in order to get the best loot, and you can instead focus on exploring or experimenting with more fun class builds. We have also removed timers during the full Expeditions endgame. We’ve added four new Expeditions: Molten Depths, The City of Nomads, The Marshal’s Complex and the Wellspring. With the wealth of cool new stuff being added and great changes made to Outriders with the New Horizon update, we wanted to ensure that you also have a few new playgrounds to try everything out in a fresh setting. This FREE update is the culmination of months of hard work spent improving Outriders, addressing feedback, and making it the game players asked for.
